I'm just letting you know I eat whatever I want. I play it as I feel, if I feel like eating a candy bar I'll do it. If I wanna slam down some beers then by-golly oh molly jeeper creepers I do it! If I wanna slow down and eat a salad and a smaller portions WHAT? I DO IT!!! <br />The reality of this is I work my ass of in the gym too.
